Ambassador Suha Gendy, Minister of State for Immigration and Egyptians Abroad, met with Axel Weibenhorst, Australian Ambassador to Egypt, and his accompanying delegation, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation in joint files. The meeting was attended by Ambassador Amr Abbas, Assistant Minister of Immigration for Communities Affairs, and Ambassador Mohamed Khairat, Assistant Minister Migration for international cooperation.
Ambassador Suha Gendy welcomed the Australian ambassador, and praised the strong relations that unite Egypt and Australia, stressing that one of the most important features and directions of the new republic is strengthening relations with friendly countries and strengthening ties with them.
