In the final, Mayar beat Greek Maria Sakkari, and Mayar won the two sets, 7-5, 6-3.
In the semi-finals, Mayar Sherif beat Romania's Anna Bogdan in a match that lasted two hours and 50 minutes.
Then she played the final several hours later, which started at 6 pm, in a match that lasted one hour and 37 minutes to win the title against the world number seven.
The Parma Championship is one of the Challenger tennis tournaments, with an estimated value of 250 points, compared to 1,000 points for Masters and 2,000 points for major Grand Slam tournaments.
