Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly left Cairo Airport this morning for the British capital, London, to attend Queen Elizabeth II's burial service on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, and to express condolences to the United Kingdom government.
