Nevin Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, said that civil society has white hands and an effective role, especially in the field of mitigating climate change and in the environmental field in general.
This came during the Minister of Solidarity's review of the ministry's preparations to participate in the 27th session of the Summit of the States Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, whose activities will be hosted in Sharm El-Sheikh next November.
