Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, held a meeting with the global advisory office that designed and supervised the implementation of the central parks project "Capital Park" in the New Administrative Capital as part of the periodic follow-up of the project's executive position, in the presence of ministry officials, where the advisory office team reviewed Detailed designs of the project, and the chronology of the project's executive position in its various stages.
Dr. Assem El-Gazzar stressed the need to adhere to the deadlines set for the implementation of this important national project, which is being implemented for the first time in Egypt.
With a length of more than 10 km and an area of about 1,000 acres, "Capital Park" is the second-largest central park in the world and the largest in the Middle East. As the central parks project, Capital Park and the Central Business District project in the New Administrative Capital will together constitute a distinctive urban landscape.
