Dr. Jasmine Fouad, Minister of Environment, witness the protocol of signing of a cooperation between the Environmental Affairs Agency and the Academy of Scientific Research for joint cooperation in the fields of environmental conservation and climate change, through the application of scientific research outputs in the environment sector, placing environmental challenges at the forefront of the research community's attention, and finding technological solutions to some different environmental problems by supporting applied projects.


Dr. Ali Abu-Sunna, Chief Executive Officer of the Environmental Affairs Authority, and Dr. Mahmoud Saqr, Head of the Academy of Scientific Research, was signed in the presence of a number of leaders of the Ministry and the Academy


The Minister of Environment noted the growing importance of scientific research with increasing challenges that require strengthening the role of science in science in it and finding innovative solutions to serve the continuity of quality of life and preserve resources for future generations. in particular the role of scientific research in addressing the impacts of climate change, which is a global development environmental challenge with implications for the world as a whole, this requires the solidarity of various efforts to address it based on science, technology and the human dimension This is what Egypt will be keen to present during its presidency of the COP27 climate conference in November in Sharm el-Sheikh, especially on the substantive days of solutions and science, which will take place within the next climate conference.
