Prime Minister: Egypt is always keen to support African groupings concerned with local development

Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, conveyed the greetings and appreciation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, who was keen to deliver a speech during the African event; The Fourth Ordinary Session of the Committee of African Ministers of Local Development, expressing his honor to deliver the speech of President El-Sisi at this event.


Madbouly added that hosting Egypt reflects its commitment to elevating its continent within the framework of Egypt's endeavor to put all its expertise to serve our African countries and governments, where infrastructure and a decent life for local communities are the challenges facing Africa.


This came during the Prime Minister's speech, which he delivered a while ago, during the work of the fourth regular session of the Committee of African Ministers of Local Development, under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, on public service, local governments and urban development.


Madbouly praised the efforts of the experts in the preparatory meetings for this conference, noting that Egypt is always keen to support African groups concerned with local development and is proud of contributing to the development and adoption of charters related to the management of public utilities and localities.
