The CEO of the Electricity Utility and Consumer Protection Regulatory Agency indicated that the protocol includes a number of areas of cooperation, including the field of consumer protection, by evaluating the performance of service providers, studying and researching consumer complaints, and reviewing the latest systems and programs that help resolve consumer complaints as quickly as possible.
