The meeting discussed the files of higher education and scientific research, within the framework of handing over the tasks of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research from Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Health and Population, and former Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, to Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The meeting also dealt with the continuation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in implementing all files to develop the higher education and scientific research system, in order to achieve the state's plan to achieve sustainable development.
