Nevin El-Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund to Support the Projects of Civil Associations and Institutions, signed a cooperation protocol with Mohamed El-Etreby, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banque Misr.
The protocol of cooperation between the Fund and the Bank regarding the automation of the proceeds and payments of beneficiaries from the Fund to Support the Projects of NGOs and NGOs, and the issuance of smart cards is a “feature” for all of them.
The Fund for Supporting the Projects of NGOs and Institutions is based on achieving national priorities for sustainable development.
The fund also supports the state's orientation towards a cashless society, support for digital transformation and financial inclusion for civil society organizations, and seeks to provide mechanisms for disbursement and collection through electronic mechanisms.
The signing of the protocol was attended by Ayman Abdel-Mawgod, Assistant Minister of Social Solidarity for Civil Work Affairs, Dr. Talaat Abdel-Qawy, President of the Federation of Associations and NGOs, in addition to Dr. Ahmed Saada, Executive Director of the Fund for Supporting NGOs Projects and Institutions.
