Sports and Youth Minister Dr. Ashraf Sobhi witnessed the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the ministry and the charitable international humanitarian organization Terre des Hommes.
The memorandum entails the establishment of 8 digital community centers to train Egyptians and refugees at youth centers, with the support of the Community Empowerment for Refugees Project (CEP).
