Dr. Badr Abdel Aty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration, and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs, held a phone call yesterday evening, Sunday, with Johann Wadephul, German Foreign Minister, as part of their regular consultations on regional developments, most notably the situation in Gaza.

Minister Abdel Aty stressed to his German counterpart the need to take a clear stance on this decision, calling on the European Union to act quickly to halt the dangerous Israeli escalation.
