Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian announced on Wednesday that his country had suspended cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). This follows a decision by the Iranian parliament, which passed a law on the matter following what Tehran described as a "political" resolution by the IAEA's Board of Governors against Iran.
The resolution sparked severe criticism from Tehran, which announced the construction of a new nuclear facility and the modernization of centrifuges at the Fordow site following its issuance.
