The office of the Iranian Supreme Leader announced the appointment of Brigadier General Mohammad Karami as Commander of the IRGC Ground Forces, according to a report published by the Cairo News Channel website.

The IRGC confirmed that it had targeted with high precision the Israeli army's command and information center near a hospital.
