Al-Aqabi said in a special statement to the "This Morning" program on Extra News Channel on Sunday that the Takaful and Karama program provides conditional cash support to the most needy families, people with special needs, and the elderly.

The Social Solidarity spokesperson added that the cash support is conditional on families committing to educating their children, maintaining regular contact with health units, and ensuring that the demographic characteristics of these families are improved. He explained that the Takaful and Karama program is based on investing in Egyptians, as the conditions of families who educate their children improve.
