Based on the directives of the President of the Republic, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade, represented by the Commercial Representation Department, and in coordination with the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, organized a Business Roundtable chaired by President João Lourenço, President of the Republic of Angola and current Chair of the African Union. The roundtable was attended by Dr. Badr Abdel Aty, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration; Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology; Eng. Mahmoud Esmat, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy; Dr. Alaa Farouk, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation; Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities; and Eng. Karim Badawi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources.
