Egypt and France are studying a plan to deepen local manufacturing in the field of helicopter manufacturing and maintenance with Airbus.

The plan also includes the manufacture of helicopters for tourist and medical transportation in Egypt. Capgemini also plans to develop digital systems and information technology, and Societe Generale Bank's plan to finance several transportation projects in Egypt in the coming period.

This came on the sidelines of an expanded meeting held by Lieutenant General Kamel El-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, with representatives of 29 French companies and institutions specializing in renewable energy.
