Ambassador Dr. Sameh Aboul Enein, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration for American Affairs, headed Egypt's delegation during his visit to Canada. The consultations were held at the Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ottawa.

The Canadian delegation was headed by Alexander Levick, Assistant Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Middle East, Maghreb, Europe, and Arctic Sector.
