Cairo University welcomed French President Emmanuel Macron on the sidelines of the Egyptian-French Universities Forum, some of whose activities are hosted by the university.

In his speech delivered in the Grand Celebration Hall, President Macron expressed his deep appreciation for the historical relations between Egypt and France, emphasizing that youth and innovation are the key to the shared future between the two countries. He also praised the pioneering role played by Cairo University as a distinguished educational institution in the region.
