China's Xinhua News Agency announced that Beijing will impose a 34% tariff on all imports from the United States, starting April 10.

This move comes as part of a direct Chinese response to US President Donald Trump's announcement of a similar 34% tariff on Chinese goods, as part of the latest round of the escalating trade war between the world's two largest economies.
