President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi said that he briefed the President of the European Commission on Egypt's preparations to host the Cup 27 in Sharm El-Sheikh next November.
President Sisi added that during the talks with the President of the European Commission, he was keen to address many global issues, foremost of which is the economic issue, explaining that it was agreed on the need to work to coordinate international efforts to alleviate the crisis on the most affected countries.
President Sisi indicated that the tireless Egyptian moves to restore stability in the region were reviewed, pointing out that Egypt's efforts to provide decent living conditions for citizens within the framework of the first human rights strategy were reviewed.
This came during a joint press conference with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
