President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi directed to accelerate the pace of work on implementing targeted projects in the Suez Canal area, with a focus on logistical areas that are of great importance.

This came during President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's meeting, today, Thursday, with Moheb Habashi, Governor of Port Said, Major General Amir Sayed Ahmed, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Urban Planning, Lieutenant General Osama Rabie, Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority, Major General Ahmed El-Azzizi, Chairman of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, Dr. Ahmed Hassan, Head of the Research Center at the Suez Canal Authority, and Dr. Hassan Abu Saada, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering at Alexandria University.
