Lieutenant General Abdel Majeed Saqr, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production, inspected one of the formations of the Air Defense Forces, in the presence of Lieutenant General Ahmed Khalifa, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, commanders of the main branches and a number of commanders of the Armed Forces, which comes within the framework of field follow-up to ensure the degree of readiness and combat preparedness of the Armed Forces.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces watched a number of training activities of the Air Defense units, and inspected the forces implementing the activities, and discussed with a number of commanders and officers the methods of implementing their tasks according to their various specializations. This was followed by a visit to the Joint Mobilization Command Center and listening to a detailed explanation that included a presentation of the plans and decisions implemented to secure the airspace within the formation. He also watched a model of repelling an enemy attack that reflected the high degree of combat readiness of the Air Defense personnel.
