Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, reviewed a report analyzing the results of the annual Global Innovation Index for 2024, which indicated that Egypt came in first place in Africa in the number of scientific and technological clusters with 11 clusters, representing 22% of the number of clusters on the continent
