CNN revealed the construction of the first environmentally friendly skyscraper powered by hydrogen in the New Administrative Capital in Cairo, which is a new start in the world of real estate development in Egypt.
According to CNN, the Forbes International Building is planned to be a 240-meter (787-foot) high office building and is scheduled to be built near the iconic tower, the tallest building in Africa, and to be environmentally friendly.
According to Magnum, the building, which runs on 75% hydrogen and 25% photovoltaic energy, will not rely on a traditional energy grid, noting that the construction will be made of "low-carbon" materials.
