Egyptian Minister of Emigration and Egyptian Expatriate’ Affairs Nabila Makram highlighted the importance of an Egyptian delegation’s scheduled visit to Canada in getting members of Egyptian community acquainted with the State’s efforts in the various domains.
The minister said, on the sidelines of a coordination meeting to discuss ongoing preparations for the Egyptian delegations’ upcoming visit to Canada, the visit is also meant to stand on expatriates’ demands and help in raising donations for the Egyptian national Initiative Haya Karima, according to a statement issued by the ministry on Wednesday.
A delegation from the Egyptian-Canadian Business Council, representatives of the Egyptian Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone), along with a number of businessmen are expected to take part in the visit, with a view to bolstering trade ties between Egypt and Canada and upping the volume of bilateral trade exchange
