During a meeting of the High-Level Advisory Group on Countering Terrorism in Tanzania, Al-Yamahi put forward proposals to support the “Sahel Call” initiative, including identifying the needs of Sahel countries, developing a joint parliamentary program, and establishing a mechanism to monitor implementation and measure results.
He also affirmed the Arab Parliament’s readiness to strengthen cooperation with regional and international parliamentary organizations, contributing to turning the initiative into practical steps to address terrorism and violent extremism.
