Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Awqaf, discussed with Engineer Jamal Sharida Al-Majdali—Director of the Kuwaiti Office for Charitable Projects in Cairo—ways to enhance joint cooperation among the Egyptian Ministry of Awqaf, the Kuwaiti Office for Charitable Projects in Cairo, and the Kuwait Zakat House. The discussion aimed to support scholarly, outreach, and educational activities, as well as to maximize the benefits of existing cooperative efforts between the two sides.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdullah Hassan, Assistant to the Minister for Follow-up Affairs, and Rafiq Al-Qadi, Head of the Central Administration for the Minister’s Office Affairs.

The Minister of Awqaf commended the role played by the Kuwaiti Office for Charitable Projects in Cairo, particularly in supporting students at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and participating—in cooperation with the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs—in organizing educational camps and gatherings for international students.
