President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the sisterly United Arab Emirates, on Monday, who is on a fraternal visit to Egypt.

Ambassador Mohamed El-Shenawy, the official spokesperson for the Presidency, stated that a commemorative photo was taken of the two presidents upon their arrival at the Presidential Palace, followed by an expanded meeting with the delegations of both countries, then a bilateral meeting between the two leaders, and finally a luncheon hosted by the President in honor of Egypt's distinguished guest and his accompanying delegation.

Ambassador Mohamed El-Shenawy, the official spokesperson, indicated that the visit comes within the framework of the continuous and close consultations between the leaderships of the two brotherly countries. The President began the meeting by welcoming his brother, Egypt's dear guest, and the accompanying delegation, emphasizing the special nature of Egyptian-Emirati relations and their firmly established strategic character over the years.
