4/23/2026

The North Coast region is witnessing an unprecedented construction boom, with rapid development in New Alamein City and the Marina tourist villages. This transformation is turning the area from a seasonal resort into a world-class urban and investment hub operating year-round.

This renaissance is part of a national strategy aimed at maximizing the utilization of natural resources and providing an integrated urban environment that attracts investments and creates thousands of job opportunities.

The Latin Quarter and the Mazarine Compound

The Latin Quarter stands out as one of the most important residential areas in the coastal region. Spanning 398.79 acres, it encompasses 10,597 residential units distributed across 65 residential complexes. Currently, work is underway to connect the quarter's entrances to the coastal road and intensify landscaping. Simultaneously, the Mazarine Compound is nearing its final handover stages, with organized plans in place for delivering units to clients and ensuring the integration of essential facilities.
