Minister of Housing Follows Up on Progress and Implementation Status of Several Projects in 6th of October Cities

Engineer Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, followed up on the progress and implementation status of several housing, utilities, services, and development projects in the cities of 6th of October, October Gardens, and New October, in addition to the results of the campaigns to remove encroachments and illegal structures, which are being carried out as part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to achieve urban development in the new cities and improve the level of services provided to citizens.

The Minister of Housing stressed the need for regular monitoring of ongoing projects, increasing the workforce and equipment at work sites, full adherence to standard technical specifications, sound planning for service and utilities projects, and maximizing the benefit from future investment opportunities.

The 6th of October City Authority also witnessed the launch of the Smart Transformation Program for Legal Affairs, as part of the state's plan to develop institutional performance through the application of the latest digital systems. This contributes to simplifying procedures, accelerating work pace, and enhancing the accuracy and quality of legal services.
