Dr. Badr Abdel-Aty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Egyptians Abroad, received Nasser Bourita, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad of the Kingdom of Morocco, on Monday, April 6, as part of the regular consultations and coordination between the two brotherly countries and in preparation for the first session of the Egyptian-Moroccan Coordination and Follow-up Committee.
During the meeting, the two ministers affirmed the depth of the fraternal relations between Egypt and Morocco and praised the remarkable development witnessed in relations across various political, economic, and trade fields. They emphasized their shared commitment to further enhancing partnership in all areas to achieve the common interests of the two brotherly countries. The meeting addressed preparations for the first session of the Coordination and Follow-up Committee at the level of the two countries' prime ministers, which will contribute to expanding the scope of joint cooperation and fulfilling the aspirations of the two brotherly nations.
