Coinciding with Egypt and the Armed Forces' celebrations of Martyrs' and Veterans' Day, Lieutenant General Ashraf Salem Zaher, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production, visited several wounded soldiers currently receiving treatment at Al-Galaa Military Medical Complex, in recognition and appreciation of their sacrifices in protecting the homeland and its sacred values.

The Commander-in-Chief conveyed the greetings and appreciation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the wounded soldiers. He also instructed that all forms of support and the highest level of medical care be provided to them, wishing them a speedy recovery.

A number of Armed Forces commanders attended the visit.
