Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Healthcare, held a number of important meetings with leaders of regional and international healthcare institutions to enhance joint cooperation, exchange expertise, and support digital transformation and healthcare investment. These meetings took place during his participation in the WHX 2026 World Health Exhibition and Conference, held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, this February.

In this context, Dr. Ahmed El Sobky met with Dr. Alawi Al Sheikh Ali, Director General of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and Dr. Younis Kazim, CEO of the Dubai Healthcare Corporation within the DHA. They discussed avenues for collaboration in advanced healthcare, digital transformation, health data integration, human resource development, promoting medical tourism, and leveraging the DHA's pioneering experience in developing health policies.
