The project comprises five towers (skyscrapers), including four towers exceeding 200 meters in height, in addition to an iconic tower reaching 307 meters. It features a variety of uses, including residential, administrative, commercial, service, and entertainment spaces, along with dedicated parking areas. The project boasts a direct and distinctive view of the Mediterranean Sea and the central lakes.
