The plant, located within the Qaha Chemical Industries Company (Military Factory 270), is one of the industrial facilities affiliated with the Ministry of Military Production. He was accompanied by Lieutenant General Kamel El-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, and Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Qalyubia.

The Prime Minister was received by Engineer Mohamed Salah El-Din Mostafa, Minister of State for Military Production.

Dr. Mostafa Madbouly stated: "There are directives from His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi regarding the localization of industry and the development of human capacities and infrastructure to enhance and localize Egyptian industry. This includes integration between relevant entities in scientific research and industry to achieve Egypt's Vision 2030 of becoming one of the world's leading industrial nations through local manufacturing and Egyptian products, increasing the percentage of locally sourced components, and localizing the latest manufacturing technologies, particularly in vital industries that directly impact the lives of Egyptian citizens."
