Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly attended the opening ceremony of the 25th International Conference of Supreme Audit Institutions this morning. The opening ceremony of the 25th International Conference of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) was held in Sharm El Sheikh, under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. The event was attended by several ministers, Vital Di Rego, outgoing President of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) and President of the Brazilian Federal Court of Accounts, Margrethe Kraker, Secretary General of INTOSAI and President of the Court of Audit of the Republic of Austria, Counselor Ahmed Saeed Khalil, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Unit, Mohamed El-Faisal Youssef, President of the Central Auditing Organization and the new President of INTOSAI, and a large number of heads of audit institutions from around the world, officials from various bodies and organizations, and representatives of international financial institutions.
The Prime Minister stated, "We all share the same goal: ensuring the optimal use of public resources and promoting transparency and accountability. Our path to achieving this lies in joint action and continuous dialogue among supreme audit institutions under the umbrella of your esteemed organization. A better future depends on cooperation, not competition, and on partnership, not isolation."
