Newsweek reported that the US Navy has sent a Boeing E-6B to Greenland, an air command center designed to control, communicate with, and escort nuclear-armed submarines.

The US Navy confirmed the deployment of an E-6B, also known as the Mercury, to the Petofik Spaceport in Greenland.
