The United States expressed its aspiration to continue joint cooperation with the Arab Republic of Egypt to promote stability and prosperity in the region.

The US State Department stated in a statement issued today, Wednesday, that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio congratulates the government and people of Egypt on the 73rd anniversary of the Glorious July 23 Revolution.

"On this occasion, we recall the historical ties that unite our two countries and look forward to continuing joint cooperation to serve our shared priorities of achieving stability and prosperity in the region," Rubio said.
