Counselor Ahmed Bandari, Executive Director of the National Elections Authority, announced a new update to the voter rolls, which includes placing a QR code in front of each voter's name. This step aims to enhance the accuracy of voting procedures and ensure the integrity of the electoral process.

Bandari explained that this update allows committee heads, who are members of the judiciary, to verify voters' national ID numbers electronically through their designated application. This helps expedite and facilitate voter identity verification procedures and ensure the absence of any manipulation or duplication of votes.
