Iran will hold a state funeral in Tehran on Saturday for senior military commanders and scholars killed in the 12-day war with Israel, the Iranian news agency IRNA reported.
"A state funeral will be held for the military commanders and scholars who were martyred during the Zionist regime's aggression on Saturday in Tehran," IRNA reported. A funeral ceremony will also be held in central Iran on Thursday for Hossein Salami, the commander of the Revolutionary Guards who was killed on the first day of the war.
