Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi confirmed that Iran's response to Israel was in self-defense and in accordance with international law, according to Cairo News.

Araqchi added that the Israeli attack would not have occurred without the green light and support of the United States, emphasizing that Washington must bear its responsibility for participating in the Israeli attacks.

Araqchi said, "Iran targeted military sites and economic facilities in Israel."
