Dr. Badr Abdel Aty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration, and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs, said that Egyptian-German relations are strong and strategic, and we discussed increasing investments and trade exchange.

This came during a joint press conference with Johann Wadephul, German Foreign Minister, on Friday.

The Foreign Minister added that there is Egyptian-German agreement on the need to de-escalate the region.
