The historic churches of Zuweila in the Gamaleya district celebrate the anniversary of Jesus Christ's entry into Egypt and the remembrance of the Holy Family's journey tomorrow, Sunday, June 1.

This celebration is held under the patronage of Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark, and in the presence of Anba Raphael, Bishop of Central Cairo Churches; Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo; senior officials from the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities; a host of bishops, priests, members of Parliament, public figures, media professionals, and journalists.
