After reviewing the Constitution, the Judicial Authority Law No. 46 of 1972, Presidential Decree No. 375 of 2024, and the approval of the Supreme Judicial Council at its session held in 2021, and based on the proposal of the Minister of Justice,

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has decided to amend the appointment of Judge Ahmed Abdel Aziz Abdel Majeed Qatlan, President of the Qena Court of Appeal, to become President of the Assiut Court of Appeal, effective from the date of the presidential decree until June 30, 2025.

He also appointed Judge Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Wahab Abu Omar, President of the Alexandria Court of Appeal, to become President of the Qena Court of Appeal, effective from the date of the presidential decree until June 30, 2025.
