A massive fire broke out Thursday morning in Manial area on Nile Corniche heading towards Maadi.

Civil Defense forces are trying to control the massive fire that broke out in Manial area on Nile Corniche heading towards Maadi, consuming large quantities of hay and palm trees.

Fire engines were dispatched to extinguish the flames and prevent them from spreading to nearby Nile boats. The fire is currently under control by Civil Defense forces.
