Cairo News Channel reported in a breaking news bulletin on Monday that Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, Chairman of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, arrived in Cairo.

The presidential spokesman's page reported that President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi will receive Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, Chairman of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, today to discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and support efforts to restore stability and development in Sudan, and to consult on a number of regional issues.
