A Cairo News correspondent reported that nine martyrs were recorded in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza Strip, as a result of a residential house being targeted, according to what was published on the Cairo News website.

He added that there was heavy artillery shelling of several areas in Gaza City, north of the Strip.
