Egypt condemned in the strongest terms the recent Israeli raids on several sites in Syrian territory, a new blatant violation of international law and a flagrant assault on the sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of the Syrian state, exploiting the internal situation in sisterly Syria.

Egypt calls on international actors to assume their responsibilities regarding the repeated Israeli violations, compel Israel to end its occupation of Syrian territory, and respect the 1974 Disengagement Agreement.
