The NTRA has issued instructions regarding the working hours of telecom service providers' outlets and their customer service hours during Eid al-Fitr, as follows:

The first day of Eid al-Fitr: A holiday for all telecom service providers' outlets.

From the second day of Eid al-Fitr until the end of the Eid holiday, the operating hours of the outlets will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

Outlets located in shopping malls will adhere to the scheduled hours.
